Founded in 2012, Faropoint is a U.S. based investment firm that focuses on last-mile industrial real estate. We own and manage over 13M SF of Urban Distribution Centers in proximity to highly dense metro areas, and are one of the largest owners in that asset class. Using a self-developed proprietary data platform, which enhances our acquisition methodology, we have learned how to generate highly attractive off-market opportunities.
