Linden Property Group (“Linden”) was formed in 2010 to acquire well-located, multifamily properties that provide stable, risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Linden focuses on workforce housing and affordable communities in the Mid-Atlantic region, with a specific focus on the following markets: Northern Virginia, Richmond, VA, I-81 Corridor (Charlottesville, VA to Hagerstown, MD), Hampton Roads, VA, and Suburban Maryland. Our venture is well capitalized and is made up a group of real estate professionals who offer 100+ years of combined experience developing, acquiring, and financing multifamily properties. Linden has successfully acquired, financed, and operated 19 residential communities and currently owns approximately 1,600 units in the Mid-Atlantic region. Linden was founded and is managed by Wade Casstevens. Prior to forming Linden, Wade served as Senior Vice President of Development for FCP. In his role at FCP, he invested in $700 MM of new construction residential and mixed-use properties throughout the eastern U.S. Prior to FCP, Mr. Casstevens worked in real estate investment roles at Post Properties and Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage.
