Excel Realty Group is focused on developing multifamily tax credit communities in several midwestern states:  Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.   Our development volume includes historic adaptive re-use, and non age restricted and senior housing.   We have been in business since 2001 and have a portfolio of approximately one thousand multifamily apartments.   In addition, we have commercial properties located primarily in southeastern markets.    Our affiliate property management company is based in Michigan and manages the majority of our multifamily portfolio.  We expect continued growth through property development and acquisitions into the long term future.   The position described will have direct contact with the company Principal, and the position will be a key part of the development team.   It is a small but sophisticated company environment.  Our future business is likely to focus on historic adaptive re-use in downtown environments.   Our employees have the opportunity to work across multiple business areas and the environment fosters the opportunity for strong personal growth and development.
