Job Purpose
Accountable for the co-ordination, design input and project management of all BA facility improvements (new or renovations) in the Americas and Asia Pacific. The jobholder will be responsible for delivering projects to time, cost and quality parameters, selection and appointment of consultants Contractors to deliver all works to agreed specification

$5.6M GBP maintenance budget for 2 Park Ave and all Lounges in the Americas and Asia Pacific
Principal Accountabilities
Manage all aspects of projects relating to BA facilities in the Americas and Asia Pacific, including capital and non-capital projects (Feasibility/Design/Delivery). Co-ordinate initial design concepts for new Lounges and offices, as well as, for renovations of existing facilities. Provide significant input into final design and manage design changes during build-out. Manage the maintenance budgets for the Americas HQ office and all airport lounges in the Americas and Asia Pacific. Manage the facility operations at Americas HQ act as principal liaison with the building management company and landlord. Manage the administrative contracts at Americas HQ
