MIG Real Estate owns and operates a diverse portfolio of properties located in Western United States and Sunbelt markets. Currently the Company is engaged in an aggressive expansion strategy, seeking investment opportunities in hospitality, retail, office, industrial/flex and multifamily product types throughout the Western United States and select Sunbelt markets. Since mid 2009 MIG Real Estate has added nearly 5 million square feet totaling more than $700 million in assets under management throughout California, Texas, Florida, Hawaii, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver, Seattle, Jackson, WY and Edmonton, Alberta.
