About the Company
Currently seeking a Senior Property Manager for its existing NY/NJ shopping center portfolio. Position will report directly to the Asset Manager. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience in day-to-day property management of retail centers and experience in managing all aspects of construction project management related to tenant fit-outs. Position is based in southern NJ ability to travel to all properties on weekly basis is essential.
The company currently owns and manages six retail shopping centers consisting of more that 1.25 million square feet within the New York to Philadelphia corridor, in addition to its portfolio of multifamily, office and development properties, which currently encompasses several million developable square feet in southern NJ and 400,000 square feet of vertical mixed use development in NYC.
