WHY PRAKAS & CO ? Prakas & Co. was founded in 1995 to provide high quality professional services to Restaurant, Nightclub and Bar/lounge clients. In addition we were also founded to provide services to non-restaurant middle market business owners seeking profit through sale, or growth through acquisition. Prakas & Co. is a boutique firm, specializing in the business of selling companies. For our seller clients, we attain top competitive pricing, and we work quietly and discreetly. For the privately held company, we bring professionalism to the process that the business owner simply can’t achieve working on his own. CLIENTELE We are selective and cautious about the engagements we undertake. Our bias is to handle a smaller number of high quality transactions, as opposed to a larger inventory of less desirable ones. We represent honest and forthright people, and we only want clients who will be comfortable with nothing less. We like active and acquisitive industries, and we also work equally effectively for individual owner sellers. We work in a wide range of industries, with key members of our staff focusing on certain niches. The business we sell may range in size anywhere from $100K in sales to $50 million in sales.
