Urban Land Interests is a real estate development firm specializing in the adaptive reuse of existing structures and the development of new office, retail, and multifamily properties. Urban Land develops for its own account, and holds and manages property from the perspective of a long term owner. Urban Land Interests was organized in 1974 by Thomas Neujahr and Bradley Binkowski and currently manages over 20 commercial and residential properties, nearly all of which are downtown or urban locations.
