Lowery Property Advisors is a full service commercial real estate consulting firm. Primary services offered consist of valuation advisory, litigation support, and investment sales. Client types include but are not limited to: national lending institutions, government entities, attorneys, and private to institutional investors. LPA currently services the entire state of Texas with key markets encompassing Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and West Texas. Valuation Analysts are exposed to a diversity of assignments and responsibilities: primary tasks comprise various forms of property research including site visits and investor meetings, comparable data extraction, financial statement analysis / pro forma, and report composition.
