Cielo Property Group is an entrepreneurial real estate investment company and  that is focused on Texas.  Cielo’s acquisition strategy focuses on opportunistic investments with a potential for value enhancement.  After quickly identifying inefficiencies in an asset Cielo is able to deploy its in house team on an aggressive leasing and management strategy in order to reduce costs and increase the revenue of a project.  Since inception, Cielo and its subsidiaries have acquired over $130 million in real estate assets including multiple retail centers, office buildings, and multi family assets across Texas. The principals of Cielo have collectively acquired and operated over 7 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate, with a total project cost of over $800 million.  Cielo currently employs 17 people in its two offices in Texas.
