Blanca Commercial Real Estate was founded by President and CEO Tere Blanca, an accomplished real estate professional with more than 20 years of commercial real estate transactional and leadership/management experience in the South Florida area. Tere founded the firm after identifying a need in the marketplace for a brokerage firm that ventured beyond completing successful real estate transactions.
