Founded in 2006, FCA Group is the real estate investment arm of Libra Group, a private international business group controlling interests in real estate, hospitality, shipping, aviation, and renewable energy via 30 subsidiaries. FCA uses a value-add investment thesis to focus on direct investment in multi-family, commercial and hospitality real estate. Properties include 1000+ multi-family units, Class A commercial office and 11 boutique hotel properties. FCA Property Management Group provides services to FCA’s portfolio as well as third parties. FCA has offices in Miami, New York, Las Vegas, and Panama City.
