Soma Capital Partners (“SCP”) is a private equity real estate sponsor that invests nationally in commercial properties with a focus on the West Coast of the United States. SCP has raised and invested approximately $100 million of equity for value-add and opportunistic projects. The firm’s investors include prominent institutions who seek exposure to middle-market commercial real estate. The firm focuses on investments which fall “below the radar” of its institutional peers.
