Trinity Partners is a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Charlotte, with offices in Raleigh and Greenville, SC. Founded in 1998, we’ve grown to over 80 employees and we lease and/or manage a portfolio of over 11 million square feet of institutional quality office, industrial, and retail properties, representing many of the country’s most recognizable institutional owners.  

Trinity Partners leases and manages office, industrial and retail assets for our institutional and private owner clients along the Interstate 85 corridor from Raleigh/Durham, through the Triad, the Charlotte metropolitan area, and into the South Carolina market of Greenville/Spartanburg. In the retail arena, Trinity’s industrial brokerage group leases buildings for owners, represents retail tenants in lease transactions, and sells both land and buildings for retail users and owners.
