Primestor Development Inc. (PDI) was established in March of 1999 to become the administrative and development arm of Primestor Properties and related entities, a twenty-five (25) year family-owned business. Primestor was recently named Small Latino Business of the year 2010 by the Los Angeles Business Journal, Primestor Development Inc.'s expertise with assets under management, development and construction has been exemplified in its 25 year history.

Primestor team members have acquired an extensive amount of experience in all aspects of the Real Estate industry with an emphasis in urban markets and Urban Communities. Primestor currently manages 2,600,000 square feet on over 4,220,000 square feet of land. The firm oversees a portfolio in excess of $450 MM. Primestor has a diverse Real Estate portfolio; including residential units, office buildings, community retail centers, industrial properties, and open space.
