Western Peaks Financial Corporation is a San Francisco based real estate focused fund manager and underwriter. We provide debt and equity capital to premium middle market commercial and residential real estate and related transactions throughout the west coast and in the other major metro markets of the western United States. In addition to fund management, Western Peaks provides a broad array of financial products and services to the real estate, banking and private lender industries as well as to the accredited investor community. Western Peaks’ principal business is evaluating, funding and managing short term and medium term debt secured by commercial real estate. We are mostly interested in properties and development under $35M. We underwrite these loans and structure them for the borrower and the investor which usually includes our managed funds (accredited investors) accounts.
