Job Title:

Executive Suites Floor Manager

Job Purpose:

Accomplish daily office operations by managing staff, client services, planning, evaluating and carrying out necessary activities.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee designated staff and maintain time and attendance reports. Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintain vendor files and service management.
  • Maintain quality service by properly communicating, enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
  • Maintain client files and records.
  • Provide customer service requests, as they relate to company equipment services and according to company's service provision schedule.
  • Contribute to team effort by participating in marketing meetings, understanding market trends and competition.  Front desk duties; back-up phone operator & front desk coordinator.

Skills/Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks. Should be able to multi-task and have strong customer service skills.  Applicant must execute performance management, supervision, quality management; be results driven, foster teamwork, handle pressure well and be willing to give feedback accordingly.
