Since 1920, the company's activities have included development, acquisitions and leasing of retail, office, industrial, residential, mixed use projects both urban and suburban. Schostak’s current activities include joint ventures, build to suit projects, mixed use developments and a variety of necessity-based retail and open air centers located throughout the United States.

Daily responsibilities include:

· General Paralegal skills, ability to work with and understand leasing documents

· Act as an in-house legal resource; Research, analyze and report lease information for leasing reps, property managers, accountants, attorneys, executives and other upon request.

· General knowledge of leasing documents and abstracts, sales reports, rent rolls and other related lease administrative duties.

· Modify MRI for others upon request (accounting changes, address changes and contact changes).

· Draft, circulate and track pre-leasing paperwork for all leasing deals,

· Assist in other paralegal activities for Leasing, Property Management, Construction/Development and Finance

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

· Must have Paralegal and Leasing Administration experience

· 5 Years of prior experience-2 Years in Real Estate Industry

· Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and MRI

· Self-motivated and works well with others

· Organized and detail oriented
