Founded in 1999, our business focus has been on the acquisition, development, ownership and operation of investment-grade retail, office and industrial properties in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. To date, the portfolio consists of approximately 3.0M square feet of existing commercial properties including retail centers, mixed use residential, office buildings and industrial parks. Rosenthal Properties has successfully formed joint venture and third-party management and leasing relationships with some of the country’s leading institutional real estate investors.
