The Facilities Department is a unit within the Administration and Finance Division with the purpose of providing quality maintenance and minor repair and renovation services that meet or exceed our customers' expectations. The Engineering Services Section of Facilities operates and maintains the mechanical systems in the buildings including heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, steam boilers, central and distributed hot and chilled water systems, central and stand alone control systems.

Under the limited supervision of the Supervising Building Service Engineer, this position will design and program system features, install, operate, monitor and collect data, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain new and existing direct digital control (DDC) systems using Siemens System 600 Apogee, Siemens Talon or equivalent system; and ancillary to these duties install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
