About the Company
The Waterfront is a 26-acre mixed-use development designed to flawlessly integrate Class A office, market-rate apartments, first floor retail and beautiful new restaurant space with exquisite views of the site’s’ signature River Walk and panoramic views of the Lehigh River itself.
The project is specifically designed to not only bring new and exciting job opportunities to the Lehigh Valley but help existing companies grow and expand. In order to best appeal to corporate users and retail stores the six brand new mixed-use Class A office/retail buildings were placed along the River Walk in order to maximize the view of the Lehigh River as well as foot traffic for the ground floor storefronts.
