About the Company
GoldOller finds unique investment opportunities in markets and product classes often passed over by more traditional institutional investors.
We capitalize on the void between the large institutional investors who are geographically constrained and small investors who lack the sophistication and resources to acquire larger properties on their own.
With prudence as our mantra, our typical investments fit the following criteria:
- Small Portfolio or Larger Well-Performing Core or Core-Plus Asset
- Located in Secondary or Tertiary Markets
- Acquired for Substantially Less Than Replacement Cost
- Suitable for a Modest Value Enhancement Strategy
While we take great pride in our capabilities as managers and operators, we don’t embrace unrealistic expectations about those abilities, nor do we exaggerate appreciation expectations to project our investment yield.
Instead, we look to acquire prudently, generate cash flow immediately and benefit accordingly from appreciation that is the result of solid property and asset management.
And with a depth of internal resources, both human and capital, we have the ability to move very quickly, which provides sellers with the confidence that comes from a quick response and gives our partners peace of mind when it comes to capital deployment.
