About the Company
Private Equity Commercial Real Estate firm located in Midtown Manhattan seeks Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Providing analytical support to investment and asset management executives while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data used to make critical investment decisions

Analyzing new acquisitions
-
Preparing portfolio analysis

Updating property valuations
-
Conducting market analysis
-
Updating cash flow projections and budgets for existing assets
-
Assisting with general asset management.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
-
2-3 + years experience in an analyst role within the New York City real estate industry
-
Substantial proficiency with modeling in Excel is required and experience with modeling in ARGUS
-
Strong analytical background, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
This is not a Senior or MBA Level position.
