- High volume of daily calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer service and critical thinking
- Inbound calls mixed with some outbound calls for follow up
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1+ year of customer service experience within a call center environment
- Proficient in typing
- Experience with general computer functions (typing, email, internet, etc)
- Team Player attitude that can still excel on their own as an individual.
- Outgoing, pleasant personality
- Comfortable on the phones.
