Nitya Capital is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Houston, Texas that focuses on the acquisition of opportunistic and value-add multifamily properties.  We specialize in repositioning well located assets with significant value-add potential through the successful execution of a detailed investment strategy and business plan.  Nitya’s leadership has extensive experience in global real estate investing and multi-sector investing through business cycles and recessionary environments.

Since being founded in 2013, Nitya’s portfolio has grown to over 1,500 units with $50 million in assets under management, and we are currently under contract to acquire an additional 600 units totaling $30 million.  We are actively seeking to add to the portfolio through the acquisition of quality assets, and hiring and retaining talented employees.  Our investment strategy is to capitalize on the favorable demographic trends and supply/demand dynamics occurring in the major metropolitan markets within Texas through the strategic acquisition of Class B/C multifamily assets.  Nitya’s objective is to enhance the value of its investments through extensive renovations, while maximizing returns to investors and providing residents with a safe environment and enhanced quality of living.
