Since its founding in 1951, RJ Kelly has developed and/or acquired in excess of five million square feet of real estate, primarily commercial, across New England.

We are a vertically integrated firm that provides in-house production (acquisition, development, and re-development), entitlement, construction, leasing, and management expertise.

Our current portfolio consists of a number of suburban office/R&D properties located along Boston’s major roadways, a sizeable self-storage portfolio with assets across New England, and strategic land holdings across Massachusetts. 

We strive to be an engaged owner and manager in every one of our projects. This approach consistently enables us to perform ahead of the market in each of our asset classes.

RJ Kelly is in the midst of a dedicated acquisition campaign to expand and diversify our real estate holdings. We strategically invest on our own account and with select investment partners and institutions in markets where we can leverage our platform to maximize investment returns.
