Westport Capital Partners LLC (“Westport”) is a growing institutional investment manager operating a series of private equity funds that invest in opportunistic, distressed and value added real estate opportunities. Westport was founded in December 2005 and employs more than 30 professionals at offices located in Wilton, Connecticut and El Segundo, California. Westport manages approximately $1.5 billion in discretionary capital on behalf of institutional investors such as university endowments, insurance companies and public and corporate employee retirement systems.

Westport’s senior management team has worked together for more than 20 years, capitalizing on investment opportunities in real properties, mortgages, mezzanine loans, infrastructure bonds, corporate debt secured by real estate and securities of real estate companies.
