Leadership Public Schools

Leadership Public Schools is a public charter high school network providing an academic education for traditionally underserved urban students in the San Francisco Bay Area. LPS will have four schools, Richmond, Oakland, Hayward, and East San Jose, open the next school year. LPS' mission is to prepare students to succeed in college and to develop as effective student leaders. We offer small schools so that students have more one-on-one time with teachers along with a four year leadership advisory program in which students take responsibly for their lives and improve their community.
