About the Company
Flynn Properties Inc. has substantial experience in the West Coast commercial real estate markets. Through its REOF funds, Flynn Properties has acquired office properties in the San Francisco Bay Area (nine), Seattle (three), Renton (one), and San Diego (one) totaling 3.0 million square feet; eight luxury townhomes in Deer Valley; Utah; and two super-luxury hotels - Esperanza in Los Cabos, Mexico, and The Carneros Inn in Napa, California. Outside of the funds it has acquired two commercial properties in San Francisco totaling 400,000 square feet. Having sold off most of its fund investments in the run-up leading to the market's peak in 2007, Flynn Properties patiently waited until 2010 to re-enter the market.
