About the Company
Brixton Capital is the opportunistic investment vehicle of BruttenGlobal, the family office of Marc R. Brutten, a veteran real estate investor responsible for creating several real estate companies with assets totaling more than $4 billion and having led the acquisition and disposition of thousands of real estate transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet. Formed in 2012, Brixton is a formal extension of Marc and his team’s phenomenal track record of successful real estate investing spanning over thirty years.
Brixton generates outstanding risk-adjusted returns by unlocking embedded value in mispriced and special situation real estate transactions. Its success is due to a hands-on real estate approach which is highly focused on mitigating risk, while at the same time, identifying opportunities that allow for significant value creation and upside potential.
