United Development Group, Inc. (UDGI) is an innovative real estate company operating since 1984 as ACDW, Inc., and as UDGI since 2002. We are a full service owner-operator, award-winning property management company. Our many awards proudly show our specialty in transforming communities.
Our portfolio includes apartment homes, affordable housing, student housing, retail centers, and Class “A” office buildings. Our residential portfolios currently consist of approximately 1,500 units throughout Arizona and California.
