NEXT REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, LLC is a real estate investment firm which specializes in investment opportunities in commercial real estate (debt and equity) and other asset-based loans, as well as structured finance products. The Company is also an originator of CMBS loans nationwide and its affiliates own and manage real estate assets in virtually every asset class. The Company’s principals have significant experience, knowledge and skills relevant to commercial real estate and commercial real estate finance, both as principal owners/operators and as providers of debt and equity capital. The Company firmly believes that the cyclical and dynamic nature of the sector continually provides a broad opportunity for investments across the capital structure.
