CROWN REALTY & DEVELOPMENT is seeking an Analyst to be part of its commercial real estate investment team based in Irvine, CA. The candidate will assist the team in underwriting and executing real estate transactions for CROWN in all phases of real estate investments including land acquisition, entitlement, development, redevelopment, property management and disposition. Transactions will include various debt and equity investments across all real estate asset types.
Major Responsibilities
• Develop cash flow projection models with respect to an investment, including direct investments, joint ventures, developments, structured finance, and performing/non-performing loan portfolios
• Assist with deal execution, including drafting and negotiating acquisition and joint venture term sheets, and reviewing deal documentation
• Assist in asset-level lease analysis, debt financing, rent and sale comparisons
• Assist in the procurement of  asset level debt financing and equity as necessary
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of investments
• Create and maintain portfolio models as necessary
• Assist with internal and external reporting process on all investments

• High proficiency in Excel and ARGUS a MUST
• 2-4 yrs in private equity or commercial real estate aquisitions/asset management
• Knowledge in statistical modeling techniques
• Outstanding acedemic credentials & demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong analytical, interpersonal communication & writing skills
