In June 2015, Verajoy Capital LLC (“Verajoy Capital”) was established by Verakin Group (http://en.verakin.com/ ) to manage its affiliates’ real estate investment activities in the US. With a team based in Redwood Shores, California, Verajoy Capital focuses on development and value-add real estate investment transactions in multifamily, office, and industrial sectors in Western United States.
Established in 2005, Verakin Group owns Verakin Real Estate and Verakin High School. With more than 20 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate projects completed, Verakin Real Estate is one of the largest real estate developers in Chongqing. Its business covers real estate development, commodities property sales, property management, and commercial real estate management. Verakin obtained Grade-1 Qualification of Real Estate Developer and Grade-1 National Property Service Enterprises certifications which were granted by the Ministry Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China. Since 2005, Verakin Real Estate has won numerous credits and awards, including “2014 China Best Employer”, ”Chongqing Outstanding Private Enterprise”, “2013 China Most Responsible Enterprise”, “Top 10 Valuable Brand in Property Development in Western China”, “Top 100 Real Estate Enterprise in China”, and ”Top 10 Real Estate Enterprise in Chongqing.”
Verajoy Capital aims to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to its investors by leverage off the deal sourcing capabilities and investment experience of its General Partners all of whom have accumulated robust real estate investment track record over extensive time periods, and have committed to invest a significant portion of their personal net worth alongside Verajoy Capital’s managed accounts in order to achieve alignment of interest with its limited partners.
