Marcus & Millichap, Inc (MMI), the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage company (80+ offices nationally), is looking to hire a highly motivated full-time executive assistant/marketing specialist in our Midtown Manhattan office. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting a young and energetic 14 person commercial real estate investment sales team that focuses on national net lease properties. 

Job Responsibilities

• Create marketing deliverable for production, including, pricing analysis, offering memorandums, post cards, conference pieces, flyers, investment summaries, and executive summaries.
•  Work with Broker clients to deliver desired material in a timely and accurate manner.
•  Provide quality control for all materials (proofreading, style guide, production management, etc.)
•  Coordinate marketing efforts through 3rd party channels such as LoopNet, NNNEx, Property Line, and CoStar.
•  Track and create web analytics and metrics reports on hits per marketing content, time tracking, and client leads.
• Collaborate with members of the brokerage team on marketing deliverable as needed.
•  Day to day administrative duties include answering calls, taking messages, sending emails, etc.

Candidate Profile

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in an executive assistant and/or marketing assistant role.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with marketing distribution and database programs such as Marketo and Salesforce a plus, but not required.
• Highly technically proficient and resourceful. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deal with multiple brokers at any given time under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of project scheduling software
• Very process oriented and organized
•  Ability to work successfully with “Type A” personalities

Starting Salary: $60,000-$72,000
