Roizman & Companies (“Roizman”) was founded in 1988 to develop & manage affordable and mixed-income housing.  Since its inception Roizman, has gained national recognition for its work in the development of affordable housing and has developed over 4,000 units across 33 properties.  Roizman currently owns and manages over 3,500 units from Buffalo, NY to Southern Florida The Company has over 450 units in development and a pipeline for the development of an additional 300 units of housing.
