Job Description:
Top producing team, specializing in residential Real Estate, is looking for a full-time Listing Coordinator. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good inter-personal skills and attention to detail. This role provides fiduciary service to all Sellers; therefore tasks require an Active Texas Real Estate license, some local travel, strong time-management skills and an ability to prioritize, in order to successfully organize and coordinate multiple projects, simultaneously.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Assist Team Lead with all aspects of listing a home for sale
- Prepare all listing materials, seller files and all related forms/documentation.
- Gather data and research local market trends.
- Attend 2nd Listing Appointment to complete Seller consultation and preparatory tasks.
- Enter Listings into the MLS, and all required broker systems and team websites.
- Coordinate and market Open Houses.
- Daily/Weekly Reports.
- Communicate feedback and “next-steps” with Seller, consistently.
- Update CRM and Listing Board.
- Prepare contract and all supporting documentation.
- Coordinate delivery of Earnest Money / Option Fee.
- Prepare contract amendment.
Job Requirements:
- ACTIVE Texas Real Estate License
- 1+ Yr. Experience in Real Estate sales or sales support
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office,
- Knowledge of Matrix and ability to research market data, a plus
- 40 hours / week in office
- Light-to-moderate local driving
Education Requirements:
- Current real estate CE
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Bachelor degree a plus, but not required
