City of Wenatchee

The City of Wenatchee is a mountain town with a population of approximately 32,000 within an urban area of 70,000 people.  Located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains and only 2.5 hours away from Seattle, the City is experieincing growth with a limited land base.  A number of redevelopment challenges lie ahead as the city strives to improve its economic base and overall well being of the community.
