Position Summary:

Dalfen America Corp. is seeking a recent college graduate for an Acquisitions Analyst role to join the firm’s dynamic investment team immediately. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in both the sourcing and underwriting of industrial real estate opportunities for a growing Dallas-based real estate private equity firm. The Analyst will have direct exposure to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying target properties that meet the firm’s specified acquisition criteria

• Coordinating with external suppliers including brokers, engineers, and contractors to support the due diligence process

• Compiling and presenting property and market specific reports to management

• Researching potential markets and new investment opportunities

• Gathering and assessing critical information related to the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisitions

• Maintaining internal market information databases

• Drafting press releases and managing the website updating process

• Creating and updating ARGUS files

   

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Less than 2 years of overall work experience—real estate internship experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with coursework in finance and real estate

• Strong interest in starting a career in commercial real estate

• Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills

• Strong written and communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

• Knowledge of ARGUS is a plus
