About the Company
S2 Capital was founded in 2012 by Harold “Skip” Bird and Scott Everett to build a multifamily “value add” investment platform in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. S2 has acquired over $300 million in “B and C” multifamily communities (over 5,000 units) and successfully invested over $50 million in upgrades and renovations. Its affiliate, S2 Construction LLC, has construction managed all its projects. The principal’s of S2 have over 40 years experience in the multifamily and commercial real estate industry and are committed to remaining hands on owners.
