TA is majority owned by Mitsubishi Estate Company (“MEC”) through MEC’s wholly owned subsidiary Rockefeller Group International (“RGI”). TA is MEC’s exclusive U.S. real estate fund platform and a key subsidiary of MEC’s $32bn global real estate platform. Headquartered in Boston, MA with a west coast office located in Newport Beach, CA the firm has approximately 70 employees and has been in business since 1982.
