FRG currently owns over 12,000 apartment units in 45 properties nationwide and has a healthy appetite for adding more assets to its portfolio each year. Friedkin Realty Group investment strategies include the acquisition and renovation of older, vintage communities as well as acquisition of core plus stabilized multifamily investments for current cash flow and long-term appreciation.
