Praxis identifies real estate savings across the multiple portfolios it has under management and seeks opportunities for its parent to acquire or reposition properties and create new value. The PA Praxis office is conveniently located in Ardmore, PA Suburban Square which is within easy walking distance to the SEPTA R5 Regional Rail, the SEPTA Bus Route 44 running from 5th & Market Street from Center City to Ardmore Station, and Amtrak.  Praxis is a related party and subsidiary of Twenty Lake Holdings, based in New York, and part of a $2B private equity firm; both were founded together in 2013.

Full Time Associate Director

Praxis is actively seeking an experienced real estate Associate with solid transaction management experience covering both sales and leasing who is interested in joining us at the forefront of this investment sector. The Associate must be a team player and demonstrate a passion for quality real estate work and a preference for working in a small, entrepreneurial environment. The position is salaried plus discretionary bonus commensurate with experience and performance, with a 401K and Health Benefits. The Associate will report to the President. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Transaction Management (Sales & Leasing)
• Financial Analysis 
• Lease Administration 
• Project Management
• Procurement and management of Local Brokers 
• Corporate level reporting related to Praxis performance and Client portfolio

Core Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or advanced degree and experience in related discipline 
• Minimum of  5 years corporate or commercial real estate experience;
• Excellent organizational, quantitative, writing and communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment in a professional manner;
• Real estate sales or broker license a plus, required ultimately
