Vertical Ventures is seeking a dynamic individual for a P/T Accounting leadership position in Walnut Creek, CA.  Due to our growth tragectory, we expect that this position will convert to F/T within 5-6 months.  The perfect candidate will be polished, engaged and energetic while demonstrating attention to customer service and detail.  We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional who has the knowledge and skills to challenge and improve current accounting processes.  This is an opportunity to demonstrate leadership and implement best practices for a growing real estate company.  We are looking for a candidate who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to come into the Company and make an impact!

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Minimum 6 years related experience with G/L, financial reporting and account analysis

          Excellent Quickbooks skills

• 5+ years commercial property management accounting experience

• CPA License preferred

• Public Accounting experience a plus
