Position: Managing Partner- Redstone Realty Ventures

Phoenix, AZ | Part-Time |

I am seeking a partner to help build & develop a highly profitable portfolio of multifamily properties.  I have a team of some of the best mentors, brokers, property managers, lawyers, and CPAs in the valley that are ready to roll. I would like a partner to help me manage this venture and investors. With a background in finance, corporate strategy, & entrepreneurship, My skill set lies in the acquisition and underwriting of the properties, along with getting businesses up off the ground including branding, marketing, and operations. I need to find my other half that can own and drive networking, capital raises, and investor relations on behalf of our company. This opportunity would be part-time and ad hoc as we build up the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & nurture relationships with potential investors
• Raise outside capital from investors for our property acquisitions
• Create marketing packets to show potential investors
• Educate potential investors on real estate investing
• Verify and disclose property facts, risks, and potential ROI to investors.
• Manage investor relationships & communications
• Assist with property acquisitions
• Assist with overall strategy of the portfolio
• Assist in managing portfolio assets

Qualifications:

• Experience or large interest in real estate investing
• ENTREPRENEURIAL 
• Kickass Networker
• Have a large network of people that could potentially be interested in investing
• Easy-going, team player, passionate, and hardworking
• Ability to build rapport with investors
• Previous sales/business development experience with a track record of success
• Familiarity with operating a new business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a smart business mind
• Trustworthy
• Integrity, never misleading potential investors or other stakeholders
• MUST: Have a good sense of humor
