Lodestone Capital Group is a boutique CRE finance and investment sales brokerage firm based in NYC.
As a small firm, our clients prefer us because of our professionalism and attention to detail. We have forged close relationships with all of the top lenders, including: banks, CMBS lenders, agency lenders, credit unions, life insurance companies, and private lenders. Our experience gives us the knowledge of which lenders have an appetite for any specific deal, allowing us to obtain the best possible loan terms for our clients.
Our offices are located in the heart of the financial district, at 55 Broadway in downtown Manhattan.
