Candlebrook was founded by Neil Rubler, its President in 2005 and has developed, managed and owned over 15,000 units of multifamily housing valued at over $2 billion. Candlebrook’s family of companies include, CB Cubed, Letter9, V-Tech Construction, and Candlebrook Management Company.
