AEI Consultants is a national employee-owned environmental assessment and engineering firm that provides a broad range of services and expertise throughout the commercial real-estate lifecycle from over 20 offices across the US.

At acquisition or finance, AEI ensures the smooth completion of these transactions by providing environmental and property assessments, as well as risk analyses with expected loss scenarios.

Before and during commercial property development, we offer zoning and ALTA surveys, a variety of geographical surveys, and risk assessments. To keep a project on track, our construction consulting services, which provide plan and cost reviews as well as project status reports, are increasingly requested by our clients.
