Project Manager

Commercial and multi-family general contracting company is seeking the following:

• Solicit pricing from subcontractors.
• Prepare bid tabulation sheets (including accurate scope).
• Review drawings for conflicts and prepare RFI’s.

• Project Management:
  • Conduct scope review and prepare subcontracts.
  • Review, process and track submittals and shop drawings.
  • Review subcontractor change orders/invoices.
  • Prepare owner invoices.
  • Conduct subcontractor progress meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule and budget.
  • Process and submit project closeout documents.
     

Project Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years commercial construction project manager experience preferred.
• Basic fluency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
