About the Company
Project Manager
Commercial and multi-family general contracting company is seeking the following:
- Solicit pricing from subcontractors.
- Prepare bid tabulation sheets (including accurate scope).
- Review drawings for conflicts and prepare RFI’s.
- Project Management:
- Conduct scope review and prepare subcontracts.
- Review, process and track submittals and shop drawings.
- Review subcontractor change orders/invoices.
- Prepare owner invoices.
- Conduct subcontractor progress meetings.
- Prepare and maintain project schedule and budget.
- Process and submit project closeout documents.
Project Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years commercial construction project manager experience preferred.
- Basic fluency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
