TierView Capital is a young development company dedicated to creating living spaces that are economically and socially comfortable. Not afraid to buck market trends and challenge the status quo, TVC is interested in a finished product that allows tenants to feel like they are in the home they want to be in. Originally founded in 2012, TierView Capital has grown to a total portfolio in three states across the country of over 20M. Currently we have 79 active rental units with another 90 planned to come online in the next 6-12 months.

Everything TVC does is focused on the long term with our primary investment strategy being “buy and hold”. This translates to a sense of quality and deliberateness that is at the very heart of every action. Though we are based in San Francisco, TierView Capital takes care to partner with local organizations to investigate, analyze, design and build all of its projects. Every deal is both an income producing investment as well as an investment in the city and community.
